Salon Vine provides independent salons with a hosted booking website, staff portal, and related tools ("the Service"). Each subscriber's site and data are provisioned and hosted independently.
New salons start with a 30-day free trial. We collect a payment method when you sign up, but we do not charge it during the trial.
When your 30-day trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged the monthly rate for your chosen plan. It is then charged the same amount on the same day of each following month until you cancel. The exact amount and the date of your first charge are shown to you before you enter card details, and again in your confirmation email. Cancelling before the trial ends means you are never charged.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. We do not provide refunds for the current month already billed, but you keep access until the end of that paid period.
You own the client, booking, and business data you enter into your Salon Vine site. We do not sell subscriber data. Data is stored in a per-salon store isolated from other subscribers.
Subscription fees and any card-processing rates are disclosed at signup and in your account settings. Cancel anytime; no long-term contract is required.
Don't use the Service to send unlawful communications, misrepresent your business, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
