When you sign up, we collect your salon name, your name, email, phone, and (optionally) your existing website URL. Once your site is active, it stores the business data you enter — services, staff, client bookings, and similar.
To set up and operate your Salon Vine site, communicate with you about your account, and — where you've agreed — send you product updates.
Each subscriber's data lives in an isolated store tied to their own site, separate from every other subscriber's data.
We don't sell subscriber or client data. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the platform (e.g. hosting and payment processing).
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us at the email address provided during signup.
