Your first 30 days are free. We ask for a card at signup to hold your plan, and nothing is charged until day 31 — cancel before then and you are never charged a cent. After that it is $19, $39 or $59 a month depending on how many stylists you need, with no setup fee and no contract. Cancelling takes two clicks in your portal; you never have to call anyone or send an email to get out.

Yes — for real. Your site shows live openings from your team's calendars, and the client picks one. Each stylist decides whether her bookings are instant or request-to-book (she confirms each one from her portal). Either way the booking lands on the calendar in your portal, and the client gets a confirmation email and a reminder the day before.
Keep them — nothing conflicts. Your Salon Vine site works alongside anything: many salons use it as the clean "link in bio" page that shows off their work and takes bookings, while their old tools keep doing their thing. Our Import page brings your clients, menu, products, hours and calendar over from Vagaro, GlossGenius, Square, StyleSeat or Booksy in a few minutes. If you decide to switch over completely, paste your current site's address into the signup and we'll help move things across.
No — zero, and that will not change. Some booking apps charge a commission on clients who find you through their marketplace: Booksy takes 30% of that client's first visit and Fresha takes 20%. We have no marketplace and we never touch your money, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of. Deposits are the one place a card is involved, and even there the money moves through your own Stripe account straight to your bank — we never touch it, so there is still nothing for us to take a percentage of.
Your plan starts billing at the price you picked, on the card you entered at signup, and it renews monthly until you stop it. We are not going to surprise you with a different plan than the one you chose. If you cancel before day 31 you are never charged, and your site stays up through the end of the trial either way.
